Hello, everybody. I have a few question about setting up the new filter.
I've never used a canister filter before.
Q1: Is my order right? I put media in top & bottom trays like this.
Top tray-white wool/ceramic rings
Bottom tray-black foam/ceramic rings
Q2: After I hook up tubes where supposed to be connected and turn on switch , the filter makes nothing but gobble sound.
what is wrong?

the filter has a priming system you need to pump the water into the tube inorder to kick start the motor. the gobble sound is that the filter is sucking only air. if you do not nkow how to use the prime you can just do the simple step is you just top up the water at the outlet of the tube.

what is wrong?
Just to add on to doubleace... make sure your canister is fully fill up with water.

ATMAN primer is not strong...you might need to pump several times for water to flow. and make it several HARD pumps
