Silicone Sealant.

Hi, has anyone heard of
Shin-Etsu Silicone
Sealant N
Neutral Curing System ?

It dose not state clearly if it is non-toxic..
My intended use is to silicone 7 pieces of glass together, to fabricate a hamster aquarium. I've done some research and they reccomend using Non-Toxic Sealants or Sealants safe for aquarium use.

So my question is, is the above sealant safe to use, where small animals will be housed?

If not, does anyone know where can i get silicone (for use with a silicone gun) that is non-toxic?

selley's has a clear one that states for aquarium.

hmm, went down to thomson plaza, and saw selley's at the diy shop, but none that says it's safe for aquarium, i forgot to mention, i'm looking for the one that's for use with a silicone gun, not the squeeze squeeze type.
