You should search through the forums first. Go to the 'AQUA TALK' part of AQ and you will see a subforum named 'LFS Sightings'.

Thats where most people request sightings and list what they've seen in specific stores. Just FYI next time you want to request a sighting thats the place to post.

I have a post there. Y618 as of a weekago had Sundadanio Axelrodi 'Green'. Quite a few of them. You may want to call and ask first. I think sometimes they call it 'neon blue or green rasbora'.

Also, Sundadanio axelrodi are not characins. They are from Southeast Asia so they are most likely cyprinids.
