i did follow sherwin's advise and switch on and off.. yes it did work, but i fear its temporary

The earliest you can see me in S'pore will be the 4th day of CNY......** sigh **.

If you can wait, then I come to your place..... but if not, you juz loosen the lock nut, slide the solenoid out and clean the inside with a dry cloth.

Does it happen evrytime it turns on?
