My terrapin need help..

My terrapin suddenly has swollen and bulging eye, keep it closed the whole wat... What can I do? I'm very sad

Sounds like an infection. How clean is the water you keep it in?

Yes I think its vitamin A deficiency.

The last time my terrapin also like that.

I brought it to the vet to inject it with vitamin A.

Also remember to let your terrapin bask in the sun for a few hours a day.

Hi all thanks for the nice reply, i was away due to my packed schedule. first of all how much does it cost for injection of vitamin A ? because i'm paying $5 for a terappin and i wouldnt want to cost a bomb to my wallet due to an infection.

secondly i dont know how to condition my water, i'm doing a regular change of water every 3-5days, feeding it once or twice a day depend. i sun bask the terrapin for an hour daily in the morning. Just wonder can i sun bask it under a 15watt purple light during wet weathers ?

lastly i dont have any filter in my tank, do i need that ? just wondering

i never do water conditioning, just regular change of water every 3 - 5 days, feed once or twice daily
