Nice blooms. Are they from your pond?
many people have this in their tank, but I guess not many get it to flower since we always plant it submersed. in fact this plant should be grown in shallow water when it gets full sun and a chance to flower above water.

From the watermark on the lower right hand side, I'm guessing macritchie reservoir?
yes you can find them all along the water's edge at Macritchie. very obvious because of the spikey foliage and good sized purple flowers.
