Repairing 4ft light

My 4ft two-tube FL light is not working well. Could be the e ballast upon preliminary checking. No time to fix it. Any one knows where to repair and how much does it cost?

what are the symptoms that you observe?
if it is the eballast that is faulty, most likely you'll need to replace it.
