Hi all,

Has anyone sent their teco chiller for servicing at aquatechnic? Roughly how long does it take and how much does it costs? You can PM me. Thanks.

they will take about one week and will charge you a minimum fee - repair or no repair. I find a bit pricey but more importantly, they are professional and provide a period of guarantee after the repair.

IMO, you should weigh the benefits, pros & cons before sending in the chiller. have you tried asking them yourself yet?
