    Hi,
Have these 2 filters in mind -Fluval FX5 Canister Filter and
    Rena XP4 FilStar Canister Filter
Need advice on which cannister to get in terms of performance, durability and ease of maintainance.
Will be using either one above as biological filter and running one Eheim 2026 as mechanical filter
    for my 175g tank

If possible pls PM me which is the best LFS to buy from?

    TIA

Both are branded filters. For filters is really heng sui! If you heng get a good filter it will last you easily 5-10 years. Between them i think Fluval should be a better choise cos warranty is 3 years if I'm not wrong. And Seaview had all the spare parts for it. By the way quite afew of there tanks are using Fluval filters. The downside is the hose and the parts for connection is not really that user friendly compare to Eheim.
