No need to bring tank there. Just bring your regulator there and see if Chan can fix a needle valve onto it.

hi guys, i am facing some problem with my co2 tank using manual regulator, its been 20+ days since i bought it, a 2L co2 tank from NA for $65(dymax set) usually set on 2bps, first 2 weeks of using, its been like, 1st day i set 2bps, 3rd day it will become 1bps.. i thought it will be like that for cheap regulator.. i ignored it.. 3rd week onwards, i noticed the PSI guage started to drop.
just yesterday, i noticed that the psi is now 0.
right now, i set co2 at 2- 3bps..after a day, no co2 will come out.. it seems as if theres still lots of co2 in the tank.. im guessing that the manual regulator spoilt. anyone can confirm? i don't wish to lug that 2l tank into the mrt to and fro to NA..

ok, anyone know how to take out the regulator?
you'll need a spanner to loosen the big nut connecting the regulator to the cylinder.
after removing the regulator, open the cylinder main valve slightly to check whether co2 gas is still available. if there is no hissing, then co2 has been used up.

thanks, decided to bring the whole tank there as i did the way you taught, and theres no hissing sound.. cant be just 20+ days with 1-2bps and co2 are used up.. think NA sold me a non-brand new tank.. sigh...
new co2 cylinder are usually not fully filled.
manufacturers pump just a sufficient amount of co2 gas to check for leaks. so it is highly likely that the cylinder did not have any liquid co2 in the first place.
