My 2ft rainbow crab tank.



There are 2 in it, one you can see playing with the water.

Currently using over head filter, and feeding apples.

Very nice setup! Looks very natural!

Im not sure if the crabs would destroy your plants though. As for their diet, try giving them other non-acidic fruits like watermelon, as well as boosting their protein intake with small cut up market prawns and some commercial food like Hikari Crab cuisine.

Do you have a cover for your tank? These crabs are expert escape artists and will grab any opportunity to escape, especially by the hoses on the left and right as well as your background.

Otherwise, its really a fantastic scape

Thanks the compliments. I do not know about the crabs will destroys plants, yet to see. Yup will give them different sorts of food, but most will be fruits, as water condition i want to maintain good, but tough as they shit alot.

Saw them climb the plastic bags, damn good in escape. No cover, but got the 2ft light on top, with OHF, so these 2 acts as cover.

The background actually is those oyama background.

May decomm soon, as i am gonna do another type setup, so may sell the crab soon, i like do set up.

Top light yes, a 2ft light, pump the iso to 2500 to take the picture.

cost for whole tank including the tank, filter and lights with everything you see in the picture will be $70 plus minus.
