YES had hair Algae in my tank the past few weeks .. read thru the forum and was told that Malayan shrimps do help alot.. went to get mysel like 50 of them .... cleared up 75% of the hair algae within a few hours..

weixy, no, shrimps do not eat all algae. in example, BGA.
