info on lan dian hu dei

i just got myself 4 lan dian (blue spotted) hu dei (bufferfly) from tb. so anyone enlighten me on what family the fish belongs to and any info so i can better take care of them??

err.... no, the fish is black with brigth blue spots on it.

the fish is about 1.5 inch with black body and blue spots. btw i got it at 9 bucks.
