Need help - maintenance of Utricularia sp

Hi

my Utricularia has been flourishing over the last 2 weeks, after i removed the fissidens to allow them to grow.

below is the pic before the removal of the fissidens. am certain it will forma whole lawn soon. am unsure of the maintenance of it. unlike glossos, hc, hairgrass etc, this seems a diff.

anyone able to help on the maintenance? how to thin / trim the lawn?
will post a pic of the current lawn when im back in ofc.

I just cut it short. Quite difficult to cut the same length throughout. I am not a good barber. But soon it will grow back to cover up the mistake I had made
