wad kind of tweezers must i get?

everytime i plant the stems i break them, am i using the wrong type of tweezers? mines the one with the pointed ends.

You could get the metal ones, that comes in a blue packaging. Or a plastic one if you're on a budget. Most Planted LFS should carry them.
Maybe you clipped them too hard?

What do you mean the stem breaks? When you clip on the stalk or while planting?

You probably squeezed to hard till you cut the stems.

Juz a suspicion.....
