Timer lighting

I wanna know where can i find such timer. like i to on the light at 6 am off at 10am then again on at 4pm off at 7 pm

you should be able to get such timer in any DIY shop, home depot for example

you can use any kind of timer which you connect directly to the 3pin plug (i think its called socket timer or plug in timer) from most diy or electronic equipment shops.
