Sorry to ask a silly question, but why can't post pics of the tanks in this thread or another thread elsewhere?

Yecch!
This is because we are doing a critique and presentation session on 2nd May 2009. After that there will be no restrictions on posting the entries on AQ. In fact, we will be uploading all entries into the AQ gallery for all to view and appreciate as well.
Just bear with us for another week and you can see all the tanks at the presentation!
Cheers,

I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
just want to add, some if not all of this photo will be submitted to ADA for IAPLC 2009 competition. For that, it is IAPLC rule that the submitted work should not been released/published before.
This is quote from IAPLC web site:
From previous experience ADA does not really enforce it, but who knows this year■Only unreleased / unpublished work produced by an individual applicant is accepted
tks for all the judge .
and congrate to all winner.
There is any possibility of one of the moderators that would be present in the 2nd may presentation, take the coments about the aquariuns and post here with the photos.Because I think that it´s something of common interest, and would help the ones that could not be present in the convention, like myself =P.I wanna know the opinion of the judges about my aquarium.
Thanks
congrats to all the winners and participants
Cheers,

Great joy, and congrats to all the winners and participants. Got to work harder for the next competition.
There are still one month to go before IAPLC 2009, hopefully Judge critique can be implement to get better rank
Thanks AQ and ADA-SG for organizing this meaningful event as a prelude to the IAPLC!
and congratulations to all winners and participants.
i support the suggestion from Miron, it would be good to have a short summary of the tank evaluation/critique posted here for the benefit of those who can not attend the party.
Congrats to all the winners!!
Cheers

Congrats to all the winners!
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Use a SE K750 (since I do not know about other models), I had used it very much previously to record all my classes. It will be saved as AMR file and there are free AMR to WAV converters around. A 3 hrs lesson will be compressed into a 7-8Mb file. Sound quality, above average.
how about video conferencing? need latop, webcam and internet conection
Video footage for several hours can be pretty large. Are you going to host it on the web or just burn dvds for folks to view?

I think just record them making the comments. I don't think any of us would want to stand there and write down whatever they say.
