I was just wondering just the other day if in the future, we will see an ADA glass cabinet. Some LFS are already using glass to hold up their tanks so we know glass is strong enough.

And it makes sense for ADA as when they introduced the Garden Stand, it was meant to "show off" all their equipment like Super Jet filter or CO2 Advance System, which should not be hidden seeing how good they look. And also with their recent arcylic stands to hold ferts, layout tools and other stuff, ADA wanted them to look like its 'floating in the air'.

So it is with much amazement and excitement that I found this picture on ADA Japan, it is called ADA Cube Cabinet. I translated the site and it appears that there are three sizes of this Cube Cabinet. Mini S, Mini M and 60cmx30cmx36cm tank. It makes sense to have a glass cabinet for a 60cm tank as you can then show off your Super Jet, but there is still no ADA filter specially made for Mini S or Mini M. ADA still uses Eheim 2211 for those so I don't really see the point of getting a glass cabinet for those two sizes.

Unless they are planning to make Mini Super Jets.. I will really be over the moon if they do!

Looks like now, ADA tanks get to float in the air too!

    Re: ADA Glass Cabinet?

You need to have nice equipments to be displayed , if you want to use this glass cabinets.
Most people would prefer to hide their equipments, wirings, pipings.
