Question about sail fin loach aka "Yin Zi hu"

Hello all,

I saw this cute fish in a fish shop. It was called "yin zi hu" in Chinese. I suppose it is the sail fin loach which is Qian Hu's mascot.(?)

What does this fish eat? How large can it grow? Is it suitable for planted aquarium? Does it attack other fish?
