Is it me or it appears that the vivarium/terrarium/paludarium interest level in Singapore is pretty low......not much activity in this section of the forum.

Anyone know of any other Singapore based viv/palu/terra forum?

    Thanks!

Hi bro or sis... the fact that there're certain restrictions to the kind of inhabitants we can keep in a Vivarium/terrarium will to a certain degree affect the interests in Vivarium/terrarium. There're a number of other foreign forum you can join to gain more experience or seek advise... not sure if I can post the links of other forum here... Mods, please let me know if its not wise to do so and I'll remove the links...

Vivariums are nice, but has a limited following locally and sometimes, your choice of fauna cannot be discussed openly. Hence the low key internet presence.

Anyway, it's up to you guys to stir up interest and get more 'kaki' to join your cause. We provide the platform.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

    Thanks dkk!

I got an overseas forum to share as well. But it's taiwan based and in chinese. The taiwanese guys are really intricate in their designs and very good at their DIY

    Cheers,
Thanks for your input. I do agree partially that the restriction on the land fauna puts a speed bump in the vivarium scene but what about the plants, landscape, waterscape, aquatic fauna?

Personally I do not like faunas such as frogs, newts, reptiles.... so strictly speaking the setup I like is not a vivarium, It's a paludarium with emphasis on the plants and scape rather than the fauna.
