Many thanks for your advised given.
For the past one week, i have increased the CO2 to 30ppm, reduced thelighting wattage, and added Excel daily.

Wow! the BBA is gone and the plant is shoot up very fast and i can see photosynthesis too.

Thanks again .... u can view the setup of my tank.

wats your new light setting now? eg. number of hours with how many tubes on?
i have a 3foot thank and using 4x39w T5 tubes, on from 10-12noon, and 6-10pm
