New Planted Tank Enthusiasts

Hi I am Jhulez and I have just gotten interest on having my aquarium planted. I was able to manage maintaining an aquarium for almost 5yrs now but the oldest fish that I have ever had is a Janitor Fish (member of the catfish family). I have not bred any fish yet to date because of lack of dedicated time.

I am now however having interest on planting the aquarium at last and as of now I have 4 guppies, 1 clown loach, 2 panda cories, and 2 black tetra. My plants are fanworts, moneywort, and elodea.

Hello Jhulez!
A planted aquarium is a very soothing sight.
I got the greatest pleasure when it all worked out fine and it never fails to give me some peace whenever I satred at it!
It would also help your planted tank journey if you start a thread in the Aquascaping Section.
You can always refer to past post or pictures to see how far you've progress.

Thanks for the warm welcome. When i first saw the amazing scenes of an aquascaped tank, i got hooked on. I am now a fan of it and every weekend, i got dreaming of having my aquascaped tank. For now, im just observing how plants grow and experimenting on how to properly care for them.

When i got the hang of it, i might soon consider making a true aquascape. Ü
