Hi,
Here is my 6 months old 2' tank. Its OK but after drooling over the Nature Aquariums I have decided that I want to achieve THAT!
One problem is I dont understand how to keep the plants looking good, clean and full.
I think I need more driftwood or big rocks. Also maybe a sloped area with moss or some other plants.
Anyway I welcome any comments as the only ppl to see it are my mum and wife and they know 10x less than me!!

myabe need to remove the sword plant at the back for a start...
nice growth there!!
I think for a small tank large leaved plants are less suitable because they make your tank look very small. Try using tiny leaved plants like rotalas or HM or something.
Just go for it! start scaping and learn about how you need to maintain the plants in the process. Im sure everyone here will help you out![]()
The plan on the right it's look really big compare to your tank. could you move back or take out. Regards.

hi, well i have got these 2 new rocks that look rather guilin like and some moss which i have tied to stones.
now the roots are very deep on that broad leafed plant so I will retain it till i see some nice plants (maybe tomorrow if i go LFS). Do you think the new plants should still be high to act as backdrop?
plan to put the mosses at the base of rocks and inbetween the rocks.
will try to move the big rock over a bit to the right.
any tips will be great...........?
You could hide the right side with some windelov ferns![]()
