around $3 from local breeders

bought this in a batch with some solid red sakuras, but found a few of these not as solid-coloured ones..
to me, they look like really good cherries only.
1) this is a female right?
2) is this considered sakura, or cherry, or in-between?
3) how much is this shrimp worth..?
many thanks in advance..

around $3 from local breeders
sakur is normally $1 for 1. cherry is normally 50 cents for 1. so that shrimp may be 80 cents?

$3 is the price i got it for..
actually if the sakura is Taiwan FireRed line, it can easily fetch $3 a piece.. however if it is normal solid sakura it cost $1+..
however for this piece i believe it is an inferior fire red sakura, as i have other more solid coloured fire reds from this same tank..

hmm where did you get it from?i got mine from c328 in a packet of 10 but only 3 pcs are that red

The males are not that red. So if you choose only the super red ones, it might all be female.
You can if you dare to fail - Stan Chung

This piece will be 80cents in my own opinion.![]()

Msia, sold at RM 1 for cherry. sakura never seen sold here.

the previously posted picture was taken shortly after acclimatization, and i have to say that after a few days in my tank, they have coloured up significantly.. here's a picture of the group of them in my tank..
and i must say, paying $3 for this sakura is every bit worth it, as it is of taiwan fire-red pure blood.. bought from LFS.. also got some of the same quality and price from another bro here in AQ..
