    Hi bro.
    The exact watts....I'm not sure....
    But so far my setup is only PL lights (36Wx2).
    It would be adviseable to have a stronger lighting to push it... Of course you need supply with sufficient CO2 to see bubles out....

    I can see the grow of Riccia in another tank which the lighting is higer....
