How to clean my shrimp tank without disturbing the shrimps?

I have a shrimp tank with 7 crs,10 blue n red cherries and some shrimplets.I notice there are alot of shits at the bottom of the gravel making it a very unpleasent sight.How can i clean it?

just take small pipe the kind which has suctions & siphon out the dirt from the sand.
Just do it section by section slowly so that the shrimps have time to move away from the suction inlet.
Make sure u dont replace too much water cause shrimps specially crs are very sensitive to sudden change in water parameters.

I would only change 10 -15 % if i had crs in my tank!
