Depending on the grade as well, average 25 degC.

A grade crs ,my highest temp is 27 degree and lowest 22 degree will it be able to hatch?

What device did you use? Fan in an aircon room? The difference is too much and it may stress the shrimp consequently.

at 25 degree, about 3 weeks

I have tracked once. It took 31 days for my shrimp to hatch. Water ph is around 6.6 and temp about 24-25 on weekdays. Weekend can't tell as office aircon off from sat 2pm to Monday 7.30am. Shrimp grade is A-S

i am using 2 fan for my tank , highest is 27 degree in the day, at nite with aircon drop to 22 degree, you all think i should get a heater to matain it at 25 or 26 degree at nite when i on the aircon?

Why not just turn off the fan at night?
