Hey everyone! I'm trying to DIY a 2x36w PL fixture for my marine tank as i can't find any fixtures with 2 bulbs in this size.

Does anyone know where I can buy good reflectors for PL bulbs? I have been reading around and here are alot of options for parabolic reflectors for T5 bulbs but I can't seem to find any for PL lights! Looking for good ones like the ones below. Preferably sold locally so I don't have to spend money on shipping charges

    http://www.ahsupply.com/36-55w.htm

Secondly, where do i get e-ballats for PL lights? Can I use the common elbiru ballasts meant for T5HO bulbs? The ballast must be able to power both tubes. I intend to add switches to each bulb later on to save money instead of running 2 ballasts.

Lastly, where to get endcaps and bulb holders?

I have seen the 2x36w fixtures at NA but the bulbs are not placed directly beside each other making it 2 feet. The length of my tank is the same as the length of a 36w bulb so I don't want to waste any of the light output.

This fixture is meant for my marine tank. Does anyone know where to get 50/50 daylight/20k and acctinic PL bulbs?

    Thanks for reading!

You could try C328 or Jireh at West Coast.
