Advice for light for 3ft planted.

Hi, just started my 3ft planted tank. Need some help on getting lights. Any good reccommendation? Thanks.

hmm...maybe you can tell us your tank specifications?
Would give us a better idea of whatto advsise you

Hi my tank is 3x1.5x1.5 with ADA soil, eheim2028 & co2. Going to do plants & neon/cardinal tetras.

Metal Halide? I'm falling in low with MH

With 1.5ft deep, you can actually use T5HO (39W x 4).

What plant do you have in mind ? Aquazonic 3ft 2X36W PL is quite common and cheap. Buy 1 for low light plant, buy 2 for high light plant, buy 3 if you want super bright light

No plants in mind yet. Thinking of getting something that can accommodate most stuffs.
