    Hi, just started my 3ft planted tank. Need some help on getting lights. Any good reccommendation? Thanks.

    Hi my tank is 3x1.5x1.5 with ADA soil, eheim2028 & co2. Going to do plants & neon/cardinal tetras.

    Metal Halide? I'm falling in low with MH

    With 1.5ft deep, you can actually use T5HO (39W x 4).

    What plant do you have in mind ? Aquazonic 3ft 2X36W PL is quite common and cheap. Buy 1 for low light plant, buy 2 for high light plant, buy 3 if you want super bright light .

    No plants in mind yet. Thinking of getting something that can accommodate most stuffs.
