APP is quite N and K loving... what are your N and K levels in the tank? and how are your light and CO2 levels?

Check PO4 (1ppm) too. Meet the requirements for NO3 (10ppm or more), PO4 and CO2 before you start to worry about the lights (if you have at least 2.5W/Gal at the moment).
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

I use mainly Dennerle Fert and have not much problem in keeping them. I do add the KH up by SERA. Hope that helps.[]

I also do not have much luck with this plant. Anyway, I will try again someday if I could get hold of it again.

    Bettapassion,

Other than the good pointers mentioned above, check also the Ca level. Ca kit is expensive and difficult to use. If you have GH more than 3, then Ca should be sufficient (unless you add alot of Mg that give you the GH too).

I mentioned Ca because I used to have the same experience but for Sagittaria and Ca was then the deficiency.

Please feedback for me to learn from your exeperience. Thanks.
