    Hi was abit free and was wondering how much those guys with chiller spend per month on bills. So went to do some research on it. Hope it is useful for everyone here.

    the problem probably how to measure the exact wattage use by chiller since chiller does not ON all the time. You need something like kill a watt

    yah saw it online before. is it in singapore???

    anyway i'm just using it as a guide for myself when i plan any future buy of equipment.

    One of the sim lim shop have similar device for $80.

    haha, I considered my self mild hobbyist there are other who are much hard core . Only during the first scaping take a lots of time after that I only spend roughly 3 hours on Saturday or Sunday for water changes and trimming.

    Our Aquarium Calculator has an Electrical usage calculator. If you can observe your chiller and estimate how often it comes on and how long it operates each time, you can enter the values into our calculator and get an estimate.
