Eheim Eco 2032 impeller

May I know where can I buy the impeller for Eheim 2032? My 2032 impeller was damaged due to a power cut-off on last friday.

Finally got my 2032 impeller after weeks of frantic searching & sending of emails to QH & Eheim (Asia Pac, Denmark & Japan).

Still fuming over the service provided by QH as the distributor of Eheim.

When I sent my 1st email to inform them about my filter. They replied that the Ecco pro series still new to Spore market thus the parts were not available. They then confirm that impeller for 2232 (which is for frequency of 60Hz) are compatible to my 2032 & ask me to drop by their farm to purchase the impeller. I replied them that QH farm is inaccessible & requested that can they send the impeller to C328 or Soon Heng for collection. I waited for 3 weeks but never receive any reply from them.
During these 3 weeks of waiting I visited petmart, c328, polyart & soon heng & they enquired with QH & was told that even QH has no stock of the 2232 impeller.

It was last week that I decided to send email to Eheim (Asia pac, Demark & Japan) with all the correspondences with QH to inform them about my case. After the email, I received a call from the retail rep from QH that they have prepared a new 2032 impeller (taken out from existing 2032 set) & will send to c328 for my collection.

I went to pick up the impeller last Friday but to my surprise QH never quote a price for the impeller to c328 auntie. I discussed with c328 auntie & paid $40 for the impeller (top-up or refund to the actual selling price when QH quote c328 the selling price). Well, most important is to get the impeller.

Yesterday received a call from Eheim Asia pac, I told him on the pricing issue & the representative offered me the impeller as a form of good will. He told me that they will follow-up on the issue.
