CO2 Refilling - East Side - Shop Advice - Singapore

A mate of mine needs to fill up his CO2 and he lives in the East Side of Singapore.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a place nearer to his house? As I can only advice Balestier and Clementi.

i top up at bedok industrial park E, blk 3013, (is at bedok north ave 4, jus beside changi fire station).

The shop owner is a friendly lady.

I'm still noob to co2 tank. I read that there is a difference between the industrial grade and other grade of co2 tank within the forum. What is the difference and how do we know the differences? Can any kind soul advise me on that?
