Goldfish dying

Hi, I've recently (3 weeks ago) acquired 4 goldfish in a 500mm x 300mm x 200mm tank with corner filter, we put in the Ammonia & Chlorine Eliminator (when we bought the tank 4 weeks ago). The first goldfish died yesterday and 2 of the 3 remaining seem to be lying on the bottom with flaking white slik like skin. What do I do PLEASE? Thanks

you need to buffer you PH ... looks like PH crash to me ... gf ph is around 7-8 . add some coral chips to your filter in future ,, right now go and get some baking soda or liquid buffer from lfs to buffer your water ... ph crash kills fish real fast

Thanks Butler, what's another alternative to baking soda? They seem very dosile lying on the bottom and I have no Baking soda and can't leave home at the moment? Thanks

change the water immidiately and go to any lfs to buy ph 7.5 by API to buffer the water ... the fish will die soon if nothing is done.
