Differences between the two eco-complete?

Hi people.

First of all i am from Canada, Montreal.
I will be ordering substrate from the states and pick it up by car in CT.

I would like to know which one should i be choosing for my freshwater aquarium.

Eco-Complete Plant Substrate


or

Carib Sea Eco-Complete Plant Substrate 20 Lbs.


I think one of them is for the salt water?

I am also planning on buying parts for my Co2 System.
I think all i need is a Regulator - Reactor - Diffuser and the Co2 Bottle + plus Co2 tubes right?
Can someone please tell me if i have this right?

They are the same thing. CaribSea is the manufacturer of Eco-Complete. If you look at the picture in your first link (expand it to larger size), you can see the CaribSea label in the lower left of the bag.

I don't do pressurized CO2, so cannot advise on that. Hopefully someone else can help.
