My 1st CRS Planted Tank Setup

Hi Bros, this is my first time setting up a Aquascaping in my life. So need your comments and opinion on my scaping.

Tank specs :
510mmx258mmx380mm (LxBxH), 30Litres, KOTOBUKI tank bought at Aquarama
5kg + 2kg GeX Dark green packing soil
1 x Dymax 13watt PL
EHEIM 2211
Dolphin MC-789
2L CO2 with manual regulator

Plants:
ADA DW with own tied US Fissiden, messy tied up cos dont know how to.
Japanese Hair Grass and some unknow plants

Fauna : 20pcs Grade C CRS and 10pcs Snow Ball.

Here are the setup.....

1. Started on 1 June 09 with tank setup, equipments and a nana on dw
2. Added ADA for scaping posistion
3. More plants and CRS added

Hi Benkam, cant wait to see more updates. I see you understand the beauty of hiding the equipments in your aquascape. ( Tying the anubias plants to the filter intake. ) thumbs up for your first aquascape.

very decent setup but I think you should add more hardscape,
13W lighting seems a bit low for the tank size.
keep it going!

Agree, the light seem to be at the center.

Hi Bros, updates after 2 weeks setup...I have just added a rock at the corner.. the green plant is growing fast. Now I added another RAINBOW, 4 X 6W T5 lighting and a CO2 reactor.

Bro thinbluelinesafari, I placed the light at the centre cos I wish to concentrate on the US Fissiden.....he he he

Its that leafy plant on the left of the picture, clinging onto the ehiem hose.
