Started my new hobby for shrimps
-2FT tank (Around slightly pass 50L)
    -Hailea HC100A
-Eheim Ecco Pro 200 (600L Flowrate)

    1) I set chiller temp to 25C and noticed the chiller runs for about 25min and stops for about 30mins. Is this efficient?
    2) Should I change the chiller thermostat to an external one. Any person, Shop to recommend to do this?

    Thank You!

At what temperature did the chiller start to kick in? Does the problem lie on the chiller thermostat? Otherwise, you are just wasting your money.

30mins and the temperature increases by 1C. Sounds alright if your room temperature is high. Nowadays, the weather is so hot and I notice my chiller kick out period is shorter.
