    Never keep fish before but do fish keeping need fan to cool the water? What's is the maximum temperature?

    Depends on what type of fishes you intend to keep.

    The normal safe range for tropical freshwater fishes is 24-29 degrees celsuis.

    However, some fishes are more tolerable than others. Higher temperature could translate to higher metabolism for them, and eventually shorten their lifespan.

    I would advice to check out their requirements online on the type of fish you intend to keep. Different fish has different requirements as mentioned by Rummy Nose. Some will need heater, some will need fan/chiller. Some needs nothing....temperature is not the only concern though, water hardness also an important aspect to keep the fish happy and active.
