They appeared at Aquarama2009 too as one of the new fishes. Should see them in our shores soon. I thought they looked pretty interesting in a school. These are color mutations through breeding methods and not through those artificially injected dye thingy so should be alright i suppose.

if you think about it, german blue rams are technically selectively bred too like these guys aren't they?

Nice creation! i saw lots of these in Taipei LFS. Resemble the marine blue damsel fish!

ya I guess its only normal almost what 90% of the fish in the hobby are "bio-engineered" fish right and now we even do it with our shrimp and yes I think that injecting dyes are crap and should be banned...

I find balloon rams pretty crappy too their natural shape forms are the best IMO and these ones really do look a lil like blue devil damsels...
