Cherry and Sakura will mix/crossbreed. Tiger do not crossbreed with cherry and Sakura as far as we know by now but it's not recommended. Sakura/Cherry will breed quicker and more than tiger.

can tiger shrimp put together with cherry and sakura? wanted to set up 1 more tank and put my sakura and cherry into it and hopefully can add in tiger shrimps also.will tiger interbreed with cherry and sakura?
I agree Cherry and Sakuras will hybridise but not Tiger.
The other issue is water parameters. I think they have very different water requirements. As Tigers are more fussy its better to adjust water to suit Tiger and Cherries/Sakuras will be expected to adapt.
