14 neon Tetra, 1 bala shark, 3 ballon ram, 2 rosy barb,3 cory, 1 SAE and 1 sucker fish

Thanks for the kind comments. The tiger lotus now growing really fast and big in the tank. Will need to re-arrange in few weeks time. Will keep updating here.

some updates
as said, the tiger lotus grows really fast. The first leaf grew to the surface of the water in last weekend.
To give it enough space to grow, I remove some plants on its right. I added a gray/white stone to add more color.
some big fishes have also been removed incluing the bala shark, pleco and two rosy bard.
added 6 small cherry barb and one dwaft neon rainbow.

It's look great tank you got, lotus grow really fast, iam sure you have to trim the lotus leaf on the surface in near time. I like the betta fish too much.

You may consider removing the surface leaves because it will start competing with the submerse leaves....
And the chances is the surface leave will win....
