Does anyone knows if Anti Algae products kills or if it is harmful to shrimps? Was thinking of adding some into my tanks which mainly consisting of Crystal Red Shimps.
Would appreciate if any bros out there could shade some light
Most likely, they are harmful!
Many of these products contain copper, which is in high doses. Shrimp are very sensitive creatures, and copper is one metal they can't take much of.
Other algae killing products do not contain copper but are still harmful to shrimp! If the package says "safe for fish" this does NOT mean safe for shrimp.

maybe you should try manual or removal by animals. i don't think its good to use too much chemicals in your tank.
like cobalt said, shrimps are ultra sensitive to elemental copper.
