    Hi all,

    Would like some advice.

I noticed this fluffy greyish thingy (circled in red in the photo) on the leaf of a crypt. The tank is only 2 days old today.
So far only this leaf has this and it is in an area where water current is flowing.

Would like to know if its algae or fungus and how to prevent it.

    Thanks a lot in advance.

It occurs in new tank and will be gone after a week or two. If it is an eye sore to you, just siphone it out.
