I'm using cal labs lily pipes inlet and outlet and felt its much better than ADA lily pipes. The inlet has more slits and even a hole right at the base. the outlet is shaped such that water is driven downwards so less disturbance at water surface and so less CO2 lost. Price is almost half of ADA.
