Some type of Ludwigia, maybe arcuata or SP.

By googling for Ludwigia arcuata it led me to some site which calls it Limnophila aromatica 'hippuroides'.
This is the closest pic.

Could be Eustralis stellata, quite a difficult plant to grow nice imho.
