That's not your plant bro. it's fungus on your bogwood. Clean it up and it will go away.
there seems to be some white milky stuffs attached to my plants. they sort of resembles small and fine spider-webs. please see pics with the red circled area. is this algae or is it caused by the DiY co2 that i used? is there any way to rectify this?

do you thing yamato or any other shrimps can do the job of cleaning that fungus? Or what are my alternatives other than removing the bogwood to clean?
cheers
its either fungus or snail eggs....
nope, no snails in my tank... anyway, my tank setup is new, about a week old.
It's definitely fungus. You can just suck it out when doing water change and it will go away soon. I started a tank myself and am having the same problem now
I have just seen like this, it's strange to me.
Le Huynh Anh Tuan.
I got this big time on my bogwood when I first started my tank. In fact the webs even produce bubbles. No idea what it is, just that it is slimy to the touch and pretty harmless. These webs cleared after i introduced shrimps in after 4 weeks plus (most likely) the nitrogen cycle and whats not has stabilize. No need to panic, just leave them alone and let nature take its course.
hi yah the problem seems to stopped already. No new fungus growing...Just a little panic that day cos this is my first tank and most of the things i encountered are new to me.
Its new tank syndrome, the fungus appears with new tank setup, you can add bacteria solutions to the tank to reduce the effect.
It also happened to me. All my 3 DW was infested with that kind of fungus. But when I introduce yamato in my tank, they literally consumed all of those in one day. Too bad all my 8 yamato died because of my Rams
