Can I request help regarding ID of this fish?

As the name suggest, the fish is small (1-1.5cm) with translucent white body and neon blue eyes. Eyes are very big relative to the body. Very livebearer looking with no showy finnage.

Sorry, I'm supposed to go to Tampines fish shop tonight to take a photo but realised that the fish is sold out.

ID of this fish is greatly appreciated.
