Thanks for sharing. Btw, what is your goal in this setup? Maybe myself can be more open to give some pointers.

There is a sub folder- Plant Talk. Try it for Plant ID.

Anyway, picture 4 is Hygrophila deformis and two genus also belonging to Hygrophila. Btw, it is Glossostigma elatinoides that you have it at the foreground. It is a very difficult plant to grow base on your setup.

AQ can only serve as a supplement. You may need to read up more and observe other tanks in order to have that effect you desired.

By now, your black shark should have dug out some plants. And the darting silver shark does not help too. Silver shark may have uproot some stem plant by swimming very fast around it..

I assume yours is a standard 90 cm tank. You will need 3 WAtts/Gal of lights minimum. If you have taller tank, you probably need more. also, DIY CO2 do no good to bigger tank as they are irregular in CO2 supply.

Boom up and heathy plants will require good light and correct amount of CO2 to begin with.

    Nonetheless, a good start

The bling bling is an eyesore.

As mentioned the rainbow sharks and bala sharks will cause some problems soon.

I am curious. After you up the light for the glossa and assuming it speads successfully to give you a lawn, what will happen to your colourful diamonds? Is there a theme for your tank?

thanks for all the comments i will up a pressurize soon as what you guys mentioned. hmm, i wont say the rainbow and silver shark does not really up root my plants. they swim mostly on top area of my tank and they always chase each other around. but any way im giving them away already, trading for some neon tetras or cardinal.

those crystal stone is not a theme actually. i put them in at first to decrorate the tank. lol! hope it does not do anything bad. my light currently is 88watts. is it enough? hmm... im very new so hope you guys help me out here

    thanks in advance!

bro, some thoughts for your tank though many bros have mentioned, maybe you should remove the "colourful stones" to give a natural look..just my 2cents worth..no offense

totally agree with you on the sentence- "it is really a sick hobby, once u start, u just cant stop" haha
