Its an aquarium-bred hybrid called Apistogramma "Steel-blue" if i'm not wrong. Obtained by crossing two separate species of apistogramma.
I found this dwarf cichlid from an aquarium and it seems pretty common and is sold cheaply. Looks like Apistogramma borelli but I cannot be sure, because it has no yellow on its body. It would be wonderful if someone can enlighten me. Thanks.

Apistogramma agassizii, Ap. cf. iniridae, A. mendezi "Yellow-gold", wild A. sp. "Wilhelmi"
Alright Fish Soup thanks for the answer. No wonder there are no females around in sight...i'm very much against hybrids, although I have to admit the males are pretty fishes.
