need help with my tank scape

hi guys ... my tank is a 3ft x 1.5ft ...currently base is lapis sand and running OHF.... i don't intend to go planted ...maybe will go towards moss and ferns only ...

can you guys give some suggestions how i can make my tank look better ?

bio load is 100 cardinals 4 otos ...might be adding 50 rummy nose
